    Ashley was unprofessional and unqualified to install a very basic job.

    1) PROFESSIONALISM- When she first arrived at our home to provide us with a quote, she gave the appearances of being capable.

    The first day she was set to start wall papering, she arrived 2 hours late and poorly prepared to initiate the process-She spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with the wall paper supplier trying to figure out what adhesive she needed to use-All of this should have been done in advance of her arrival. Once she hung the first panel and showed us-We provided our approval and told her to proceed. About a hour later, she called us downstairs and stated that she did not feel like she could complete the work because of the physical toll it would take on her body. After complaining for several minutes, she opted to stay and continued installing. When she got ready to leave that evening, she started to drain her pan of excess adhesive down our kitchen sink. We stopped her before she caused considerable damage and she shockingly unraveled and went into a tantrum. She left the house a mess and told us that she was not going to return on Saturday to complete the job because she was “sore”

    2).WORKMANSHIP: Ashlety showed back up Sunday to complete and correct her work from Friday 30 minutes late. We immediately called our Designer to discuss the major flaws from her previous installation. When we got our Designer on the phone, she had a massive attitude when we identified glaring flaws. She pretended not to see the bubbles in the bulk head nor the poorly run seams throughout. After directing Ashley to not move forward installing additional wall paper without correcting flaws in earlier installation, she got very aggressive and stated that she was not going to finish the job.

    Ashley is incompetent and her incompetence is costly. We will need to reorder all of the wall paper ($3,000+) and start the project over from scratch.

    The business owner claimed to have extensive experience in wallpaper but the installation was very poor quality. Peeling seams, bubbled paper and misaligned edges mean that the entire project will need to be redone by a professional at significant cost. The business refused to provide a refund for any portion of the work, arguing it could be fixed with more glue, which is not the case.
