      Date of initial transaction: 9/20/2022 Order number: ********* Invoice number: ******* Amount of initial transaction: $296.00 Services included: Passport replacement coverage (43.00), *** Next Day Air Shipping (53.00), Travisa Tourist Standard Processing (179.00), and a Money Order (21.00) On 9/26/2022, I contacted Travisa via the customer service line to inquire about the status of my order; it seemed my order was somehow missed. On 10/3/2022, I was contacted by a Travisa agent (212.949.6340, ext *****, Name: Ideley M*******) to confirm an updated processing speed for my application. I was given the options of 10 business days, 3-day processing for $160.00, or 4-day processing for $100.00. I selected the 4-day processing option for $100.00. On 10/6/2022 at 3:08pm CDT, I received a notification that there was a declined transaction for $335.00. I never saw, received, or was told the full amount I would be invoiced for. I called the customer service phone number (877.876.3266) and requested a full listing of the line items that were being charged. A detailed invoice is attached. Date of Secondary transaction: October 6, 2022 Order number: ********* Invoice number: ******* Amount of secondary transaction: 335.00 Services and fees included: Travisa tourist rush surcharge (199.00), Digital photo service (30.00), Consular processing fee (6.90), and the Ghana visa expedited processing fee (100.00) Again, I was never given a total amount prior to being charged, and was only told, "We already have your card information, so we'll just charge it to your card." I have now paid the necessary fees to have my documents shipped back to me. I'm including all email correspondences I've received (with the exception of an automated password reset email) as well as screenshots of my user dashboard and order summary - both of which were obtained from the Travisa website at 8:02pm and 8:03pm CDT respectively. Neither of these pages detail the fees that were to be charged.
