    The date of the transaction was on or about 5/9/2023. Kratos was contracted and paid $1980 for HVAC Training to be completed within two or three months which involved classroom and on-the-job training, and an HVAC certificate was to be provided upon completion. Since payment, the business contact, *****, has only been reached a couple of times during the classroom portion but not since that time. No one is reachable by phone or email. As of 10/9/23, the business phone is no longer in service. This service was paid for by *** using federal and state funds for our client, *********************, who has not been able to reach anyone either by phone. The company was found through a ****** search, and the website is Kratos Votech Training kvttraining.com.

    I signed up for welding classes with KVT training in April. I completed all online modules then when I went to transition to labs and hands on the owner has been unresponsive. I have paid $2000 of the total $5,000 tuition. Sunday, May 21st, I went to where our first safety training was to take place and there was no one there. I checked with other classmates and found out they have not had any of the hands on classes either and have gotten a similar run around. I have texted and called the owner who does not respond to me. He did respond to my mom and sent an email back about the situation which basically says its everyone's fault but his and plays the victim. t
