      My backyard fence was installed on September 9, 2022. After a storm (of wind and rain) on September 24th I surveyed my property and found several slacks in my fence had come undone and was laying on the ground. I picked them up and laid them on my patio. On September 26th I called Fence Scapes and spoke with ***. After telling her my dilemma she informed me that someone would be out that week to inspect my fence. No one showed and there was no phone call from them. I called the following week to be told that they were behind due to the rains and someone would be out that week. After waiting another two weeks I called them again and was met with an apology (from ***) and told (again) that someone would be out that week. No one has showed yet and when I call the voicemail comes on (every time). I have left messages and have yet to receive a callback. I paid $3900 to have this fence installed and my bill was paid in full the following week of the installation. I am unsure what there issue is in NOT sending someone to inspect and repair my fence due to no communication from Fence Scapes. I would like a resolution to this issue ASAP.

      The damage was cause by a storm and was not covered under warranty. We did reach out to the consumer multiple times to no avail. The repairs were made on 11/8/22 at no cost to the consumer.
