    I won a Gunbroker auction, item number **********, on August 13, 2023 for $571.91. This included taxes, fees, and shipping. The requested payment form of a **** money order was preferred by the seller, Southern Tactical1, so Postal Money *********** for the $571.91 was sent by Priority Mail. An email was sent to Southern Tactical telling them the payment was on its way, along with the order number concerning the item. This money order was delivered at Southern Tacticals PO Box on August 17, 2023. Per Southern Tacticals listing, they will ship the item within 5 days if receiving payment and *** of the transferring business. My preferred *** is on file with Gunbroker and noted on my account. ********************** should have shipped the firearm on August 24, 2023. On August 24, 2023 I sent a message through Gunbroker to Southern Tactical asking if they had a tracking number. I received a notification that they had received the *** information. On September 1, 2023 I sent a message asking for a tracking number. I didnt receive a response. On September 5, 2023, I sent a message through ********* asking if there was a problem with the order. There was no response. I researched the companys information on the internet, and located their website which listed separate email addresses and a phone number. I tried to call during the listed business hours on September 6. There was no answer. I sent emails to the listed address outlining the issue and asking for assistance on September 7, and ****** received a reply.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. The company did issue a partial refund, thanks to your actions. I understand that this is the best it will get, and am satisfied with this.
