  Its hard to figure out where to start with the problems created by Thorough Clean, its owner and their unskilled employees. Promises, promises and more promises but nothing but deception and crappy workmanship. I was told by the owner that he and his crew would show up numerous times, but they were no shows on multiple occasions. Their lack of consideration for my property was unreal. They put stripper on the porch to remove the old stain and sprayed it on my aluminum door threshold, screens, outside light and plants and damaged them. I specifically asked the owner if the stripper would damage the plants that they did not cover up and was told of course not. But the plants wilted and died when the caustic stripper got on them.They gouged my decking with the power washer but denied that it occurred. I have photos that show the opposite.Was told the floor would be brushed but it was sprayed instead. They also sprayed stain on the sidewalk and patio stones.Was told by the owner that he would be on-site for the work, but he let his workers that he told me once the porch was stained were in training perform the work. He said that they had to learn someplace.My steps have blotches, boards were brushed on the end in the opposite direction and footprints were left in the floor. Unreal how bad it really looks.Contract indicates two coats of Cabot Stain but I only received one coat. Owner told me that it would be two thin coats and I got one coat that is too thick. The owner did apply some discounts for the problems but should reimburse us for the single coat of stain.I suggest that you do not do business with this company.
