    The trainer, *********************** is completely inconsistent and unreliable. He does not reach out to all parents with pertinent information such as address, date and time for sessions. I traveled 30 minutes to a location with my son for his first training session to find out when I called him asking where he was the session was canceled. He apologized offered to compensate me in gas for the travel and inconvenience (which never happened). The following day he scheduled the session for my son, then an hour before the session canceled it. After reaching out to a few of his clients to find out that he is and has always been inconsistent, I asked him for a refund for the sessions. I am a single mother and my son and I work off of schedules and consistency which he doesnt offer. He apologized and on August 7, 2023 advised he would send me the full refund as no services were ever provided. It is now October 16,2023 and he has not provided the full amount which i paid of $235. He has promised to pay me on at least 10 occassions with no money during those 10 occasions being received. I have had to retain an attorney and take time off of work to retrieve the money I paid with no services provided. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to highly discouraging any parent from paying a self employed person for services, especially ***********************.
