      I bowl at *********************************** in the 50+ league on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 AM. On the above mentioned date, my team arrived for our bowling league only to find a number of issues. First, four lanes were inoperable, preventing four teams from being able to bowl. Second, the screens on the lanes were not appropriately loaded and there were a number of technical problems with names and handicaps. Third, there does not seem to be anyone of authority in charge, thus the entire league was unable to bowl that day, with no prior notification. Throughout a number of years that this league has been in existence, there seems to be continuing maintenance issues as well as a lack of management authority. Since I am paying $15 per week for lane fees, I consider these continuing maintenance and management issues completely unacceptable. It would seem that the only areas that this bowling alley is concerned with are the bar and the arcade, which I understand are the most profitable parts of the bowling alley. I will be sending a copy of this message to the Better Business Bureau of ************* for the appropriate actions. I would like to ask for a response to this message, telling me what you intend to do to improve this bowling alley either by email or phone.
