      I'd give zero stars if I could. The IT techician sent was unqualified to do the job. The job was taking a lot longer than expected, even with telephone backup, and he gave a cost estimate for the extra time, which after incomplete resolution of the problem, the company refused to honor and demanded an exorbitant payment. The manager I attempted to communicate with was rude, combative, insulting, and threatening and refused to contact the technician, refused to let me speak with his supervisor or the owner, and even refused to pass along the details to his supervisor.
