    I would give 10 stars if possible! Very pleased with my first visit at Brook Run's new office. In a fast paced service environment where everyone is in a hurry, it is difficult to find a doctor who will take the time to answer questions and ensure all concerns are addressed. That Doctor is ****************! He was patient, professional, educated me throughout the visit and found a solution to improve my vision! The office staff, his assistant and the contact crew were stellar! They were very personable and took the time to provide one on one attention to every need. In fact, I have experienced vision problems for some time that could not be identified. His assistant discovered the company I have been ordering contacts from have been sending me the incorrect prescription for almost a year in very similar boxes. Nice catch and definitely a tremendous relief! Office is state of the art, clean and comfortable. **************** was on time, didn't rush through the appointment and was very impressive. I wasn't as pleased with the eyeglasses side of the office and have chosen to get glasses elsewhere. My salesperson was less than enthusiastic about stopping to assist and it felt as if she was discouraging me from the purchase. They do have a very nice selection to choose from; however, a two to three week wait for eyeglasses can be challenging. I am excited to have a such a top optometry office in our ****************** Thank you Brook Run Vision for making my dreaded annual vision appointment so incredible! A++++++
