    Mr. John T***** was paid in full to fix my fence which required 8 new fence posts to replace old. That part was completed fine. Mr. T***** then proceed to replace 3 of the 36 tops boards (1x3). I have texted Mr. T***** numerous times and he did come back out to my house and count the number of missing 1x3 still not done and the section of fence that is still not connected. On Sept 10 2022 I sent Mr. T***** another text stating "Can I assume one day net week to finish the job" his response on on Sept 10 was "Yes". It it now Sept 21 and I have 3 top boards installed out of roughly 35. I have several fence boards that still need replaced and I have a section of fence not connected. Mr. T***** has been paid if full and I assume replacing top boards and several fence boards is less then a days work. I would like to resolve this matter by just having Mr. T***** honor the work he stated he would do and keep the entire amount paid. If that doesn't occur then I assume my only recourse is thru the court system.
