To whom it may concern;I am writing because I am having a problem with the people running my Home owners association. On or about May 18, 2022, I went to pay my association fees on Associa as I have always done in the past and my account was blocked. I never had this problem in the past. I called CGI ( Charter Colony Foundation) several times and received no call back. After, I emailed a *************************** ***** Services Associate CGI ***** Services, She responded "You must make all of your payments to the Collections agent. You need to contact *********************** for all account information. Their contact information is ************. "I could reach no one after numerous calls and received no call back. I promptly sent my payment via mail. I have a copy of the check, postmark and all communications with CGI. I received a service from a different law firm (Layfette) in July to appear in court on Sept 7, 2022 after my account was brought up to date. They cashed my Check in July 2022, however, The check was sent in May 2022. The court date is not even on the docket. Again, illegal debt collection practices and harassment. My check was sent in May and they chose not to cash my check. I went to make my quarterly payment via the website on July 27, 2022 and was told that CGI refused my payment. They are responsible for maintenance of the common grounds, trash collections and various other things we pay for. The previous two months, our trash was not collected for two weeks. They often leave trash tha we put out uncollected. We also have trees on the common grounds that are dead and are hazardous to my home that are not tended to. We had people come for estimates because these trees need to be cut down. I would like to know what the *** fees are for, since my account is up to date and they are not providing services paid for. According to fair debt collection, I am being harassed and would like to it to stop and desist. Company has several complaints.

    Regarding **************** email.

    1.  I have searched my bank account and do not have any proof of any returned payment in February 2022

    2.  I never received an email or mail communication from Town Sq, The Charter colony foundation or ******* about a returned payment.

    3.  I tried to make my payment, but they have locked my account and I am unable to see any communication from either of these entities.

    4.  The last communications I could find was with Charter Colony foundation about my locked account.  I was given the name of Dankos and associates to contact to no avail.  It was the wrong information.  I also asked for a payment address so I could mail a check and was given the payment address.

    5.  They did not cash my check until July 2022.

    6.  The confusion on the part of your various employees would explain why there is improper communication with your company.  ************* do we pay, Whom do we complain about issues?  Who is actually in charge.

    7.  I did send another payment via check because my payment was returned from the Kilpay.  How can you block my payment, when you accepted my previous payment.

    8. I am not in collections, my account is up to date.  My payment was due July 1, 2022.  I could not pay Kilpay until July 27, 2022, but you returned my payment.

    9.  I therefore, mailed my payment which I am being told you are returning.

    10.  This is a form of harassment.  If I cannot access my account to see my payments?  I am requesting you send me actual proof that the payment was returned and proof that you emailed me proof of the returned payment.

    11.  Again, I am asking my account be unlocked and accept my quarterly payment from July 2022.
