    Atlas Remodeling Group and the owner ************************* was contracted by Lowes to complete installation of fence at my residence. The payment for the job in the amount of 4415.11$ was charged on my credit card on July 2, 2022. Atlas came in for installation on 8/18/22 and completed only one third of the fence installation. All my attempts to reach out to company for completion of the project has not been responded to. On 9/5/22 owner of the company forged my signature on the waiver of lien and one year warranty/certificate of completion. The owner stated that job was completed and made note on documentation that customer was not present. Vendor #**** PO *********. To this date 11/30/22 has not completed the project that I paid for and has not responded to my calls nor Lowes installation services calls. This company is doing fraud by forging customer signature on documents and need to be fined or business license suspended for violating consumer rights.
