    During a youth competition on February 2, 2025 I witnessed a male cheerleader grab a female cheerleader inappropriately. He groped her multiple times and multiple parents witnessed and expressed concern. A coach from fame then went up to the females boyfriend and pulled him aside to talk and excused the Males behavior as a part of the clubs "culture" and said that the boyfriend of the female cheerleader shouldn't be mad because the male cheerleader is gay. The coach has no authority or right to pull a child aside if that child is not a member of the club and for the youth organization to permit any form of inappropriate touching is unacceptable. The club later went on to ignore the inappropriate touching and instead sent an email about boyfriends approaching the athletes.

    Much more information would have to be given regarding this complaint for us to address it.   I can assure you we do not condone any inappropriate touching from any gender.    However without some specifics we are not even able to address it.  Coach / Athlete.  There are also 4 different FAME locations that were at this event.  FAME has locations in **************, ********, ********, ********, **************, ********, ******** and *************  Many of which were at this event.  Without any specific information you may very well be talking about athletes and coaches from a different FAME state.  Please be extremely more specific and we are happy to directly address this.

    My daughter tried out for Fame AllStar Cheer. She was placed on an elite team by a coach who claims to have 25 years experience. When she didnt perform to the coaches expectations she was removed from parts of the routine to very minimal parts, sometimes standing around. The coach also degrades her and calls it motivation. At no fault of my daughters was she placed on this team and after this team continues to take my monthly tuition of $232 they refuse to place her in more of the routine. I agreed to pay for classes to help but they dont even concentrate on what she lacks in the routine which I spent $50 each a month for two classes. I placed her in private ****** which I paid $75 plus $5 each time she does the ****** but they arent focusing on any one skill needed for the routine. Theses classes are just to make money for the organization. I have purchased a uniform at $150 and I have given this team numerous fees via zelle that they continue to ask for. I have approached the coach asking why she would put my child on a team she doesnt have the skill for and she can only say she was decent in tryouts but now she isnt decent enough and she was hoping it got better. No all-star team puts a child on a team they dont have the skills for hoping they will get better. I contacted the owner and they just forward my emails to the coach. I am now being told they can move her to another team but I have now in addition to the other money spent, I have now spent money on hotels and flight tickets for competitions that cant be refunded and other teams dont compete in the same comps. I am seeking reimbursement for all of my fees including tuition as this is the organizations poor judgement not mine or my daughters. I will get a lawyer and *** for my money if nothing is done. This organization is bleeding people for money knowing they are miss placing children on teams they dont qualify for. I want all of the attached reimbursed to leave the organization.
