    Contracted for house window tinting March 2022. Windows began cracking soon after application of film applied. The company replaced several windows through their warranty program as they cracked because of their film. Very slow response and turn around time the entire time. Another window was reported cracked at the end of 2022, the company rep. was working with us and then became non-responsive. Multiple attempts to gain closure on this issue have gone unanswered. Emails unanswered, phone messages not returned, text messages (per the reps. request) unanswered. The company informed us cracked windows can occur due to heat/reflection/film covering the windows. We were only informed of this problem after signing the contract and after reporting the cracks. Some cracks occurred while the installer was finishing up other windows in the house. Solar Film has not completed the warranty replacement/repair on the window which they asked us to provide quotes. We are left with another cracked window and have been seeking resolution since the end of 2022.
