      Awful came at 10 p.m to install my countertop complete rush job. Countertop splits charge me again to fix and have been ghosted for 3 weeks when called with my concerns

      In my experience, this exclusivity with CGM has not consistently matched the exceptional customer service I've come to expect from **********.It has been a back-and-forth struggle with CGM, filled with disappointment. I purchased and paid for granite at *********** but during the process, I was pressured by a CGM salesperson to change my selection to quartz. This created unnecessary confusion and added delays to the project. Once an individual has paid for granite, their decision should be respected.Furthermore, I repeatedly requested to view 2 to 3 slabs of my chosen granite to ensure it met my expectations. Unfortunately, every time I made the 30-minute trip to CGM's warehouse, the slabs were unavailable. This meant making over six trips to CGM, which was both time-consuming and frustrating.Despite my clear instructions not to show me quartz anymore, CGM continued to push this alternative on me. It has now been three months, and my new granite countertop remains uninstalled, with the entire project on hold due to delays caused by this particular vendor. I meticulously documented my interactions with this vendor, CGM, including text messages and phone calls. To make matters worse, CGM is now informing me that it will take another 4 to 6 weeks for the countertop installation.My next step is to meet with the district manager of *********** with the hope that ********** can address not only my issue but also those faced by others experiencing similar problems.On a side note, CGM's new address is *******************************************************************.

      What a nightmare. Large stains on each of the seams on our honed granite (the installers said that the stains would "go away") The entire island slab was installed crooked and not even cut squarely. Gobs of adhesive all over the counter. The long run of counter was not the correct length making the stove off center. Our cast iron sink which weighs 120lbs was given no support, just some half screwed in clips. Globs of silicone all over the edges of the sink. Chips in the edge, chips in the backsplash "filled" with black material that does not match and is pealing off. We were not shown how to seal it despite what the website says. We went around and around for 2 months and multiple, multiple visits of people half "fixing" things. The island had to be taken back and cut correctly. WE had to teach the company how to support the sink. Our house has been on hold and now we have to pay another company to come fix the counters the correct way.For the outrageous amount of money we spent I would expect better workmanship and customer service. Don't bother unless you want to have to handhold this company and spend extra money and your time to fix their problems. We only wish we had put the entire purchase on credit card so we could dispute more than we did.
