      Paid to have metal gutter guards installed on gutters that are attached to my metal roof instead I received plastic ones just like the ones I already had. One of my existing gutters were also bent. Need a refund of 245 or do the job that I paid for. Company will not return calls or texts

      They came out Tuesday, February 8, 2023 (after missing the first scheduled day with no phone call) and spent 6 minutes blowing leaves off the roof. They never even went to two sides of the house. Based on my security cameras, they didn't even turn on the blower, just went up the ladder, looked and came down. I complained and asked for my money back and they sent the crew back out again. This time they spent 8 more minutes to go to one small part of the gutters on the back deck and blew leaves and left again. Again, they went up the ladder, looked and came down. The blower did not come on until he came down the ladder, blew a few leaves on the deck and then left. They never even looked at the left side of the house. They are standing by their work. I have video to prove that they didnt do what was promised for $109. I dont mind paying for a job to be done, but this is ridiculous! They took they check, that I stupidly left under the mat, and didn't provide any service.I have attached pictures that I could get from my windows that show leaves and debris still just sitting on top of the gutter guards as well as camera pics that show them arriving at 3:51 and leaving at 3:57 and then again arriving at 4:13 and leaving at 4:21

      Date of service: January 6, 2023 Amount paid: $425 Services promised: pressure washing home (roof not included) front porch/stoop/step and front walkway. (rear deck not included) as described in invoice and agreed upon.Services rendered: pressure washing of home and rear deck. Did not pressure wash front walkway as agreed upon and paid for.Action taken: On January 6, 2023 after recognizing the lapse, we immediately reached back out to get it rectified. The associate assured us they would be back the next day to complete the service. They did not return on Jan 7th. We reached out on Jan 8th. They said they would come back. Our Ring camera shows they were at our house on Jan 11th but they did not power wash the front walk. We reached out on Jan 12th with no response. We reached out on Jan 18th and they said they would come back that week. They did not. We reached out again on Jan 24th and Jan 30th with no response.

      Substandard gutter repair work made leaks and overflow issues worse. They were asked to address three problem areas on existing gutters generally involving leaking and overflows. Initially they did not show up until I mentioned that we would move on to another contractor. Upon arrival it appeared that their estimator did not explain all our issues to the work crew. Nonetheless, they tweaked an existing front gutter and replaced a side and rear gutter. All problems were made worse. Gutters were not sealed, were now screwed together so parts fell off and downspouts were either loose or put together backwards so all joints leaked. We discovered this after a brief heavy rain and after they were paid. We have called on numerous occasions and have sent detailed emails with pictures showing the issues. They have not returned calls or emails requesting they return to correct the work..the cost to us was $975. Work was performed on Sep *****. We have begun calling other contractors to correct their work.
