    I had purchased through a authorized retailer and after contacting the seller about warranty repairs he refuses to complete them I have contacted rexair to honor the warranty by repairing or even replacing the defective parts under warranty the comment I get is they are the manufacturer and don't repair anything... to contact the warranty repair via local reseller who is still refusing to repair anything rexair only option to me is to drive 2 hours away out of state to a different repair shop. I don't understand why rexair allows to let this authorized seller.to act in this manner and put the customer in the position to waste more money after purchasing a 3000$ vacuum I don't even have the option to get the parts to fix it myself unless I purchase through a 3rd party. what is the point of a warranty if you want me to pay for parts I just want either the parts replaced or the parts to fix it my self.

    Rexair is aware of this customer and has offered options to fix the problem. This customer is very hostile and has posted false information online including but not limited to sharing representatives personal information online like home address etc. We are in the process of taking out a restraining order out on this customer. Hope this customer can find the solution that they are looking for. We are no longer the servicing location for this customer and Rexair is aware of this. Thanks you.
