I got an oil change Sept 20th from this place as someone recommended it to me since they had an extra coupon. A couple days later I realized that my tire valve caps were missing from when they added air in my tires. No big deal. I called and went back up to get them put back on. Several days later I realized the "service needed soon" notification was still on. I didnt think much of it and thought it just needed to be reset so I kept going on about my day as I didnt have time to stop just to reset it. Last Thursday my car then said oil was low so thats when I got worried as I didnt want to drive my car if the oil was low. I took it to ****** which is under 10 minutes from me(as compared to take 5 which is 20) as I didnt want to continue driving it for long to prevent damage to my engine. The manager on duty said my dipstick was bone dry and there was a leak of oil everywhere. Unfortunately I had to pay for another oil change. He printed photos for me (as posted here) and notes were added to my invoice. I contacted the **** manager at take 5(since he was the only one there) and explained everything that happened and requested a refund. He said there was nothing they could do since I went to ******. I explained to him I didnt want to drive my car that far since something was wrong and that ****** has proof of the mess. They still refused to help. I contacted corporate and they said since it was a private establishment they would be transfering all of my information over to them on *********** directly. It is now Monday evening and I have yet to receive a call from anyone. I am disappointed.
