    this happen on may 3 2022 when my husband brought a picture which was a europe '72 then on oct 18 she need another$175 at this point we gave her **** of $1500 at this point she was suppose to send us the picture to us but it never happened we asked for are money back she said ok that never happen either .

    i paid thou pay pal and Zelle I just have email saying we brought the picture and in the email **** stated she would refund money back of $1500 there is no contact we went thou face book to buy the picture

    I am fully aware of what I said and wrote. *******************, her husband has waited longer for framed art from me in the past. 1 framed Cats Under the Stars and 1 framed Jester. He apparently drank the koolaid one night, messaged me at midnight and started demanding orders. Hes impossible to communicate with while intoxicated. The picture was never supposed to be shipped from Day 1. Shipping companies owe me close to $10,000 in insurance claims right now. I havent shipped anyones orders in close to 2 weeks since I was in a car accident and Mrs *** is fully aware. In order for me to refund *******************, I need to sell the framed picture. It takes time. Every time I have to stop and e-mail ************************* whom *** never met before or spoken to is a waste of time. Her husband doesnt drive a vehicle. They could easily come to VA and pick up the art. I dont give refunds. I will give her a refund once I sell the piece, but I havent sold it. I have framing customers who are waiting close to 8 months, some over a year. I work with the biggest rock artist in history, of course I am totally slammed. Once ******************* harassed me and threatened me through laughable comments, I restricted him on ********* Never met ************************* in my life. I dont have any $ to give right now unitl I get reimbursed for the damage and theft from the shipping companies OR I sell the picture. I dont sit around and play on the computer all day and drink alcohol. This is a waste of time.

    **** should have informed don *** in may she should could not send out the picture ,she should not take people money$1500 which includes shipping cost , thats misleading the customer, she said it was all set in july she was suppose to bring it to us if she was sick  should have just shipped like she said in may . she needs to refund the money of$1500 because she unable to send the picture, i have enclosed a copy of$175 she needed in oct18 to shipped which i send it to her.

    The only way to make this right is to refund the money like she said onnov29 when she asked me for my information to send it thou zelle because she no longer use pay pal

If the kid at the hardware store cracks this piece of acrylic while cutting it, Im out $185.00. There are literally ***** pictures here in production. I have to wrap 75% of those with no help. *** cant just one night decide that hes going to call the Attorney General in **, when I live in VA and threaten me ordering me a impossible deadline. This is the issue . I type one thing to **** *** assumes something else. I never said I was going to ship this picture out the day we conversed about the acrylic. If he wants a refund, *** refund him. Right now I dont have any $. ***** stole over $2000 out of my account after being hacked. I dont make any $ and in order to refund I have to sell it. It wont take me long but since he has lost his patience, thats what Ill do. I dont have checks, I am a small business owner who doesnt have any help just like 75% of the other custom picture framers in this nation. *** will never be able to find a framer that gives fair prices and puts out the work I do. I hustle everyday. For him to say I stole his $ and closed down my site is laughable. I dont have a website, cant afford one. I use ******** and I never closed down my page. He just entered it wrong in his computer. I am not I Been Framed , it is U Been Framed. He is restricted from my pages due to his belligerent, insulting ridiculous ******** messages at midnight. I am not a thief, your husband is delusional .

    **** needs to do the right thing here since may when *** *** order the print and frame from you in your july email which i already send it to you , you said you suppose to deliver it to us because you said you had other people to delver here in ct  so this mean the picture was ***e in july 2022 since you could not do this , you should have shipped out to him you charged for shipping , if you could do not do this you need to refund people there money back, that way to do business. just to be clear on something you have on sun*** text him at 11pm at night i already enclosed the email all them have the time they were send out and also it was 5am when *** ask where the picture was since it had been 6 month it was ***e in july, then because all the these crazy excuse you gave him , he said just refund the money back which you have agree to do so of $1500 on nov29,2022.

    with all these issues you should not take people money for print and frame if you can not shipped them out and get it ***e on timely bases

    again the only solution is for you to keep the agreement on nov 29,2022 refund the of $1500 and i already send you information you ask for to send the money to me since you do not have a checking account
