      On Friday February 2nd I paid for a service I was told I needed to receive a quote, the total of these services was $595.00. I was told I would receive a phone call and email about said quote and never received either.

      Dear BBB;

      We received the letter of complaint regarding ************** and here is our response.

      Yes, ************** did pay us to perform a service for a problem sewer line.  After video inspecting the sewer, we determined that more work was needed in order to fully see the next steps needed to give the estimate.  We could not at this time give him an estimate for the sewer line until this further work was needed.  

      We returned and did the additional work at no charge for ************** on 02/15/2024.  We were then able to give the estimate for the sewer replacement.  ************** has signed the proposal and put down his down payment on 02/19/2024.  

      I hope this answers all the questions regarding this issue.
