We had our crawl space waterproofed by De La Rosa Construction. I have never experienced anyone like **** and his crew. This is not your typical contractor who hires some guys and tells them what to do. He comes out, spends hours investigating the problem, discusses with the owner, draws up a drawing of the proposed work with the estimate, comes back to discuss the estimate and then, when the work is finally being completed, youll see him the entire time working along side his employees making sure the work is done to his level of satisfaction. **** is an excellent communicator. He tells you everything you need to know every step of the way. When people talk about the construction industry they say you only get two: inexpensive, quick, quality, but with Dre La ****, it was my first experience feeling like I got all three. I would recommend **** over and over again.

I recently hired De La Rosa Construction to waterproof my full basement that flooded extensively when we experienced constant or heavy rainfall. Our house is an older home and we have been suffering from this ground water intrusion for decades, and are greatly relieve to have had the work done by an extremely professional and knowledgeable company. **** (owner/*******) brings much experience and outstanding customer service to the project site. He and his team work well together and go beyond just getting the job done. **** gave many suggestions that were helpful and needed and displayed a real involvement in having a job well done. They are meticulous and considerate and I wholeheartedly recommend De La Rosa Construction for anyone interested in waterproofing their home.***************************, **De La Rosa Construction LLC
