    Lyn Caldwell built our 16x32 deck with half being a screened in porch. The best way I could describe BDP Construction work is "it looks good from a far but it's far from good". They make mistakes along the way and instead of fixing them correctly they take the easiest and least likely to cut into profit method. Poor craftsmanship and mistakes are shimmed or filled with caulk. They have a general lack of attention to detail and are very careless while working. Our ceiling fan was wired incorrectly and fried the controller, had to file warranty claim and rewire myself. They ruined a $300 pool cover by blowing metal cuttings into our pool and created rust stains in the pool as well in doing so that I am still working to remove. Fortress steel framing was installed incorrectly per the manufacturer recommendation and had to go back and forth with Lyn for months to get that somewhat resolved. Just a small sampling of the headaches endured from dealing with BDP Construction. No apologies no admitting he was wrong no discounts whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a quality contractor.
