    Edit: 2 more connection lines as well as the water line cut in the neighborhood today. Get some competent people to work. My first and only interaction with Zitel and Rodney was horrible. The video with his interview states that they will do a site survey and knock on your door to discuss any lines that Miss Utility does not know about. This did not happen on my property and they dug an entire half perimeter. My current fiber line was cut. I work from home and could not work for 1.5 days. No accountability taken at all. The subcontractor could not have cared less. The woman in the office explained that she will take a note and send to her boss. That she was only in for 2 hours and leaving. That it was her day off but she had to come in. OK, thanks for sharing. Rodney passed the buck and was condescending. "Their subcontractors are not employees of their company"... SUB .. you hired them. They called in an emergency ticket with ******* (******* had no other inbound calls on my property noted other than me), ******* is infamous for not marking their lines, this was ******* mistake, they does not treat their customers like ******* does, ******* is like talking to a Wall... the bad mouthing by a business professional was much. They offered faster service, cheaper services.. your site for my speed definitely does not reflect cheaper and the reviews do not reflect faster.
