    On September 2023 i ordered a oxygen concentrator from oxygenplusmedical.com It was supposed to arrive via ***** with a signature being required as per their website stated which can be accessed and viewed by visiting ******************************************************* and navigating to the paragraph titled 'Shipping.' 1st issue: My order was delivered to the wrong location 2nd: no signature was requested/required 3rd: upon notifying merchant, the company was rude. Very unhelpful. They claimed to have done what they could but lied. ***** told me via phone that the merchant never even attempted to file a lost package claim. 4: When i sent the phone recordings to merchant they again claimed they filled a claim which on nov 28 i was again told by ***** that no claim had yet to be filed. 5. Merchant won't do their part in assisting with the order i never recieved 6. To help with delivery i placed 2 (two) signs highly visible for ***** to know where the drop off location is. 7 they still got it wrong but acknowledged this and said they would need to merchant to begin the claim before a resolution can be given. 8. Till today the merchant has not done their part.

    Customers order was delivered in a timely fashion by *****. This was confirmed by GPS coordinates of their scanner, as well as photo evidence of the package left at their door.Customer waited almost a week to report it missing, and requested that we file a complaint with *****, which we have done. We are waiting for resolution from ***** before we proceed.

    I purchased a *********** Simply -Go Minj in June 2021, it arrived with 2 single batteries. I thought at the time the batteries were bad because the machine would not function correctly.The machine would run if plugged in to wall outlet but nor on the battery. They sent a double battery out. When fully charged this battery works only for 50% of the charge and then machine shuts down. I paid $1495.00 for this little nick nack that sits in the corner because it is useless as a portable. I have contacted OxygenPlus at least 5 times and sent Emails, I have been put off and ignored. I believe I have been more than patience with OxygenPlusMedical. Thats about it in a nut shell.

    I'm sorry you feel this way sir, but each time you have contacted us we have very bluntly explained that we can not repair this unit due to the absolutely extreme backlog at the manufacturer, ***********. They do not have parts to repair these units right now. We have not even had any available to offer you an exchange which is what we would normally do. We have had units waiting for repair at *********** since December 2021, with no ETA when they will be available. We are not ignoring you, we just have our hands tied right now.
