    I would not recommend Whitley Ann photography, I scheduled a tree farm session. The day before she only had some park for an option and said that all the tree farms were closed, I called a tree farm and was told that I could gave my pictures done there. The day of pictures it rained so I offered 2 days and times as to which it was not going to rain. I did not hear anything the next day so seemed like everything was good to go. We got there early and I messaged her and told her we were there and there was no rain, she said that she would have to grab her camera and pick her kids up from school, I said that would be ok. We waited til the kids were getting restless and I messaged her and I got a message back telling me that she just pulled into her driveway. We agreed to meet the next day at 1pm, she messages 2.5 hrs before telling me that she ran an errand and was trying to make it back in time, then later tells me she won't make it by 1 and I asked how late and got no answer I sent a few more messages and called 16 times and the phone rang 2 times and sent to voice-mail where I left 3 messages and got no response. I asked for my money back, I'm pretty sure that I won't get it back. Not the correct way to run a business, I am very disappointed with this photographer.

    Hello Katherine we scheduled your session at a tree farm and there was no tree farms around that allowed photographers to photograph at the location without purchasing a tree so I wasn't going to assume you wanted to do that and I recommended a new location. Unfortunately it rained the day of your scheduled session and we had talked about doing it one of the following two days but never agreed on which day and I never heard from you from that moment until you showed up at the tree farmland texted me when I was picking my children up from school at 3pm. we had never agreed on that. by the time I arrived home with my children at 415 I didn't have enough time to grab my camera and make it to the tree farm. then we had agreed on Thursday at 1. I ended up texting you at 1030am letting you know I had an errand to run out of town and I wasn't sure when I was going to be back. this was very random but very demanding and time sensitive on my end and I let you know that I was in and out of phone service. i apologized and I told you immediately I would refund your money, as I already have submitted the request to do so. I apologize for the confusion and so forth. I hope you and your family have a beautiful holiday and a Merry Christmas.
