    I had contacted this service the week prior to my appointment on 11/9/2022 for a chimney cleaning. I was advised that it would be $99 for the inspection and $99 for the cleaning (price change depending on how bad it was). Which I agreed to. The day the crew arrived (one smelling like alcohol) came into my home and told me they couldn't figure out access to my chimney through one of my fireplaces. I then lead them to my second fireplace where the technician said he could get access. He then asked where he could get access to the chimney outside. I then showed him where he could put the ladder to go up to the chimney. He then cleaned 5ft of pipe (from the fireplace to the chimney) and told me he was done. This cost me a total of $249. I asked him when they were going to clean the chimney and I was told that another technician would be coming to do that another day. I was confused by this because he had asked me where he could put his ladder outside to clean the chimney (which he never did). I called the company a couple days later to find out that this was not true. I've called multiple times to get them here to finish the job and they have refused. I have asked for my money back as I called a chimney cleaning service for a chimney cleaning, which was not done and not explained to me that it wouldn't be done. I just want my money back so I can get my chimney cleaned before the winter season. This company was awful even looking for a solution or trying to rectify the situation. They wouldn't discuss anything.
