    Would not recommend Fundamental Siteworks. I hired them to intall a site pad for storage shed and owner Dave changed the appointment time at the last minute to three hours later. His son showed up and did the work on the site pad and then charged me $702 more than the original estimate because he said there was a 23" slope in the ground. He never showed a measurement to me to prove there was a 23" slope, it was like I was supposed to take his word for it.
    When I returned home after the work was done, I found they had not installed the gravel rock all the way to the top of the four timbers that frame the site pad. It was about 3" below the timbers and they should have put in enough rock to make it level. Luckily I had not paid them yet and Dave sent another guy out to add more gravel rock and leveled it off.
    When the shed was delivered, the guy that brought the shed told me they didn't install the very important rebar support rods on one side of the timbers that frame the site pad. I contacted Dave about this and he said I would have to pay up front to get these installed; they should had been installed when they did the site pad. I refused to pay for something that should had already been installed and he refused to install them unless I paid extra.
    Would not recommend Fundamental Siteworks to anyone. There is a much larger company that does the site pads in ************ and I wish I had gone with them. They were in fact less in price but they were a couple of months out before they could get to it....wish I had waited though.
