      Writing this complaint on *** Complete Auto Repair Center for services I got done on 12/1/2023 and was charge also for a oil change that I didn't approve of that they went on to do after they told me about it. I paid the business $774.13 on 12/1/2023 to get water pump, thermostat, coolant system replaced. ***** later my car started running hot on 12/22/2023 I called the business to inform them of what's going on they told me bring car back in so they can check out the problem. Took car in on 12/27/2023 I was told by mechanics that cooling system was fixed by them then was charge $140.00 by the business in which I didn't have the money that day so I told them can I pay on 12/29/2023 in which I did take the $140.00 to business to pay them for the allegedly service on 12/27/2023 because 3 days later the car starting running hot again. I decided to take car to get a another opinion from another Facility that I paid to have car diagnosis to see what was going on with car because at this point I wasn't happy with service I received from ******* Auto Center. The Technicians at another shop that I took my car to found and showered me that coolant leaking from the block, at the head, and from tailpipe. They did show me that water pump was new but no evidence that a thermostat or any other work had been done to coolant system and parts were ***** and not new or replaced. My car wasn't fixed properly and I was still having the same problems afterward. Also I am on an fixed income and cannot pay for something that wasn't done correctly. I feel that I have been taking advantage of by ******* Auto Center

      Good Afternoon. *************** came in on November 10, 2023 and was told he would need a water pump and thermostat. *************** declined the recommended services. *************** than called back stating his car was overheating and came in December 1, 2023.  After examining the vehicle tech found that the water pump was leaking and  needed to be replaced.Proper protocol calls to replace the  thermostat as well. This was all explained and agreed upon with *************** before work was performed. **************** paid ****** to replace the water pump and thermostat. On December 29, 2023 **************** brought the car back and said the vehicle was over heating again. ******** warrantied the thermostat and replaced at no charge to ***************. A few weeks later we recieved a call notifying us that *************** disputed the charges witht he credit card company. Invoices were sent to credit card company and they did not refund the money. We called *************** to see why he was disputing the charges and he explained he took the car somewhere else and  they said none of the above work ha been completed. He then spoke to the owner and the story changed to we replaced the water pump but no the thermostat. He was told to bring the vehicle back and we would check everythingt out. **************** never brought the vehicle back.

      This owner at Tuffy ********** is a *****!!!!!!!!! HE charged me for a loaner car and put my personal tags on the loaner car, I got a ticket from police because the car was defective equipment. I was overcharged FOR THE WORK DONE WHEN I ASKED TO SEE RECEIPT OF DELIVERY OF PART, I WAS TOLD THEY CAN NOT SHIW THAT. THE ***** IS LIABLE FOR THE TICKET!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULANT BUISNESS!!!!!
