    WARNING Do Not use this company, they will steal your money. The company was purchased by another entity, they would not return phone calls and or emails, they sent over their misleading billing contract, drafted $1000.00 from my account. Still no phone calls or emails answered. I had to physically visit the office to speak with someone to get answers, I decided to go with another company due to this issue. CFO Accounting did not perform any service for me and they now refuse to refund any money back to me. That is theft, stealing whatever you want to call it. Defiantly, not a way to run a business and or treat customers.

    ***** signed contracts on Feb 2 2025 and Feb 10 2025 requesting that our firm do his business and personal tax returns. He gave us a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 for the returns. The 2 contracts he signed explicitly stated on the services pages that the deposits were non-refundable. Email records show that over 30 days later, he wanted us to void the contract. Phone records and notes from his phone calls show the same. Verbally he told the owner that he signed the contract, changed his mind, and wanted the contract broken. He threatened a lawsuit and a bad BBB review and offered to provide referrals in exchange for getting his non-refundable deposit back. The firm declined to break the contract or receive his referrals. A few days later, the BBB review above was posted.
