I previously reviewed (in BBB) Kefficients great job renovating the crawl space in the house we built 30 years ago. Since then, we asked them to return to replace the crawl doors and a couple of other items. They completed this work a week or so ago, and once again did a great job at a fair price. I cannot say enough good about my experience with Kefficient. They did a wonderful job on my project starting with the first visit from ****. He was very professional and informative about my crawl space problem and found mold that a previous company failed to find and notify me. ****** crew did a super job and were very hard working. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up. **** the owner was here almost every day with updates and to answer any questions or concerns I might have. This is a very honest and hard-working company that I fully trust for not cutting corners but doing an exceptional job. They cleaned up mold and encapsulation my crawl space including a sunk pump and a dehumidifier and two new *****************.Kefficient

Kefficient was professional. The estimator provided a thorough exam of the crawl space and specific line item estimate. There were some things I didn't want and they excluded them from the contract. On the day of service, the crew arrived about the time they said they were going to arrive. They had multiple people working on it and were able to complete it faster than I thought. The completed encapsulation work was very neat and clean. All information related to the dehumidifier was provided. They installed a new entrance cover for the crawl space entrance which is very clean and form-fitting. They didn't leave any refuse on the property after the work was done. They sprayed foam insulation all about. I crawled around and saw they did a thorough job and no areas were missed.Kefficient

Kefficient was on time daily, communicated great with their progress and what to expect next. The owner was on site daily, did a marvelous job,the original salesman checked in periodically, workers cleaned up all their areas and everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection.The beams were cleaned for mold, some structurally replaced, french drains installed with a sump pump, encapsulation done with a dehumidifier. Their own electrician did a nice job wiring from the crawlspace to the breaker box. He also worked neatly and efficiently.After talking with a total of 3 companies, Kefficient was the favorite. They did NOT require a deposit at signing to get a discount, they had the best products for the price for my situation. Be very aware of the company that insists on your deposit before they leave your house, just to get your discount, which is nearly impossible to have refunded after 3 days!I am pleased with Kefficient's policies, prices, workmanship, but most of all their commitment to their client. There is one more step for Chesterfield County inspectors to perform the final inspection but trust all will be superior.Kefficient

An outstanding job with a very professional crew. Crew was always on-time and site cleaned daily. Communication was terrific - with daily pics of scope of work texted to me. The scope of our job was large as we had cleaning & encapsulation of crawlspace. I got quotes from multiple companies and chose Kefficient due their detailed outline of job being performed and personal recommendation. Will call them before buying next house just to factor whatever work might need to be done :o)Kefficient

The first phone call to set up consult was professional and friendly. I was told **** would be coming to give me different option for crawl space and attic insulation. Upon inspection and many pictures, I was told what was needed. We told him we were on a budget. Taken that in consideration, he gave us as many discounts to meet our budget. He was kind, professional and made sure we understood the plan. We were given a date to start. Mr. ***** and his friendly crew began and finish in 2 1/2 days. They were the A team. They worked non stop and cleaned as they work as well.Friendly, funny but very professional. All that said, I highly recommend this company to provide service for your home. Thank You. Kefficient executed a complete removal of old attic insulation and installed new blown in insulation. They stand behind their work and correct any errors they make. The final product is excellent and I felt like my business and satisfaction was very important to them.Kefficient

I have been in the pipeline/construction business all my life. Have worked with numerous companies. Most tell you what you want to here just to get the job. Not Kefficient!! Project was done exactly how I was told. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Encapsulation was completed on time and clean-up was perfect. Could not be happier with this company. Kefficient was pleasant during the bid process, was on time each day, cleaned up after each day, encapsulated our crawl space wonderfully, strengthened our foundation, put in the dehumidifier and exit pipe (although I would have preferred a longer outside exit hose away from the foundation) and would recommend them in a jiffy if anyone needed this work done.
