      I ordered a tv from Walmart.com Order #*************** on Feb 22 2023. Item was shipped by EFW. Item was supposed to be delivered on or by 3/1/2023. **** says it was deliver 2/27/2023 at 12:11 pm with the online tracking. There was no item delivered on or after that day. When I called the control tower the time it says delivered was 5:11 pm. I waited 2 business days to see if the item would arrive and Im still waiting for the 70in tv. It said the item was delivered in ****** ** thats not where the item was supposed to go

      Ordered a 75" ********** from Walmart.com for $707.25. Ordered on February 06, 2023. Says they delivered to my house on 02/10/2023 at 2:09p.m., but haven't gotten it. I haven't heard from the company either. Order #*******-74012944

      I ordered an electric fireplace media console from **** club on 12/28/2022, EFW is the freight handler. I check my tracking number and it said it was delivered on 1/5/2023. I never received anything. It was delivered to ******, Im in *******. turns out they provided me the wrong tracking number. So on 1/9/2023 I finally had my correct tracking information and checked on my delivery. It gave me the option to schedule an appointment for delivery(this was also the 2nd time I put my phone number to receive text messages of the status of my order) never received any msgs. Set my appointment date to 1/16/2023. It was confirmed online. Waited all day-nothing arrived. When calling EFW they told me the dispatch facility will be contacting me to schedule appt to deliver-although I did this a week prior online?? I still have yet to hear from the facility that is holding my item. When I spoke to a supervisor she hung up on me. TWICE. this is the worst freight delivery service and I will never recommend to anyone.

      Purchased on 12/27.. I was supposed to receive a call about setting up a delivery time. No one ever called. I called and they said someone will call me 30 minutes from delivery. I was told it would be delivered on 01/05, 01/06, 01/09, 01/10, 01/11 and finally 01/12. It never showed. They even LIED and said it was attempted to be delivered on 01/10 but no one was home; but I was home all day and no one called, rang the door or knocked on the door. Every time I call they assure me it will be the next day but it never shows up. It's truly terrible how bad they are. Every time I check the online tracking the "out for delivery" is always changed to the next day. Except today when I checked it still had yesterday's date, 01/11.

      Ordered a hisense 7hu 75 inch TV on Dec 16, 2022 from *******.com. Estes Forwarding Worldwide was engaged to deliver this product. They stated they would deliver on Dec 22nd. No delivery. Then ******* sent an email stating it arrived at ****pm on Dec 22nd. We didn't receive the item. We continued to call asking what's the status. We asked neighbors to watch while were our of town for cancer treatments. Then Estes stated they would deliver on Dec 27th. No product was delivered. Then they said Dec 28th. No product was delivered. ******* stated they will not refund or cancel the order because the shippers have it or freight has it. We have no product and no resolution. We paid $1, ****** for the tv with $79 hookup or install fee. We were able to cancel the install but ******* is stating they will not refund or cancel even though we do not have the product. Estes continues to not deliver the product.

      I purchased a new TV through ******* on 12/05/2022 with an expected delivery date of 12/12/2022. I have not received the television nor a shipping update since 12/10/2022 and contacting EFW support has not helped. I want to know where my TV is and when it will be delivered.       Placed a order for a $1200 sofa from target on nov. 23 & was emailed a tracking # ******* that indicated that the sofa would be picked up nov. 28th.. Its now been weeks! No updates on the tracking & still no sofa! Every time I call its the same ********.. It was supposedly sent to the wrong warehouse ect. & their waiting on a team to retrieve it.. I just want my sofa! And this is unacceptable..

      Today, Dec. 20th I finally got the sofa delivered this morning.. Thank you to who ever on working your magic & getting this sofa finally delivered to me after waiting almost a month..

      I ordered two large pieces of furniture at the end of October 2022 from ******* It was expected to be delivered within a week. The freight was picked up by EFW at *** at the end of October too but it never has been transported from their warehouses and never delivered to my address and a month has almost past. I called the shipper several times at their ************** number and am always connected me to someone in South America who just lies to me about shipping. *** contacted this shipper so many times and they just say someone will call me back in less than 24 hours, which never happens. I see other complaints about this freight company and apparently they must be doing unscrupulous business. My EFW tracking number is *******.

      I ordered server pieces of furniture at the end of October from ******* It was expected to be delivered within a week. The freight was picked up by EFW at *** at the end of October and state at their warehouses for several weeks. I called the shipper several times at their ********** number and always connected to someone in South ******* who just lied lied lied to me about shipping. Finally my shipments were tracked to ******* and I used their system to schedule delivery , receiving confirmation of delivery schedule. They never arrived and outreach to them stated they never got my delivery schedule which is a lie because I received confirmations both by text and email; plus and a call to ****** confirmed they had scheduled delivery. I think fraud is going on with this company. My sister-in-law is also have same issues with this company delivering her furniture from ****** too. My EFW tracking numbers are ******* and *******

      I ordered a ****** Heartland gun safe as a gift for my husband from the ******* website on September 28th 2022, it was supposed to be delivered on October 5th 2022. I got an email saying it was delivered on October 3rd 2022. It was coming from EFW also know as Estes Forwarding Worldwide. I checked the tracking and they delivered it to ***** *****.. I live in ******* **. so it was delivered to a different state. I have been getting the run around from EFW EVERY SINGLE DAY. They say they dont know where my safe is. Or they dont understand how it got messed up. I paid $471.19!for this safe. This is unacceptable.. this place is a joke. They dont have anymore safes so I cant order another one.
