      I handle shipping logistics as part of my job, so I pay attention to the details of my personal shipments. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of communication built into their process. I was aware of the progress of my shipment along the way, effortlessly on my part. Completely pleased!

      Very good communication. Called the day before they were going to deliver with the expected delivery time. Day of the delivery they called to say they were five minutes away. Excellent customer service!

      My delivery was ahead of schedule. I was impressed by the constant communications about the status of my shipment. Very professional and concise. Their contact information was readily available in their emails in case I needed to make changes or updates. Also, the package was handle with care and the crew seemed well trained. I would recommend EFW!

      I requested for my package to be placed around back and I received a response the next day, and it was done perfectly! Very rarely does that happen that anyone responds back at a company that quickly and actually does what is requested!

      My package was a week early! Also the delivery guy knocked on my door so I could open the garage for him to put my package so it didnt get rained on! Very considerate and personable!
