      Driver was friendly and helpful and delivered our item with care. Item arrived intact and within the time frame it was supposed to. Placed the heavy item where my husband directed it be placed on our driveway . We were very impressed with the care he showed in getting the item off his truck and to our home.

      We ordered a fridge from Build.com and EFW was the shipping partner for the delivery. It is now more than 2.5 weeks past the original delivery date and we still do not have an expected delivery date. I've emailed twice and gotten a response once. The first time they said that the fridge is in our area and we should have a phone call to schedule the delivery within 72 hours. That was almost 10 days ago. The second time I emailed them they never responded. Next, I called and can not get anyone on the phone. I've been on hold for almost an hour, and still, no one has answered. I understand that they are working with local delivery partners, but this is unacceptable. Would not use them, but recommend them again. I will be filing a complaint by the end of tomorrow if we don't have a delivery scheduled.

      Excellent customer service. The delivery went smoothly. The driver was courteous, professional and on time. Everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with the experience of EFW.

      Very professional, prompt delivery. They communicated clearly delivery expectations with date/time. *** had a treadmill and elliptical delivered by them. Both experiences were very pleasant.

      The delivery driver was absolutely great. It was quite a coincidence that my sister and my order were on the same truck.The driver first tried to deliver to me but I was not home. (The delivery was a week early so I wasn't aware it was coming).The driver then tried to deliver to my sister who had problems getting down her very long, narrow driveway. So we worked it out that he would deliver hers to my house (at my sister's request). At my house, he couldn't get down my driveway either with the large truck and had to walk the packages down a steep driveway on a pallet hand truck. After all the issues this driver had that day, he was just as nice as he could be when he delivered to my house. This is my first experience with Estes drivers, and I can't say enough about how they go the extra mile to make sure your packages are delivered safely to your door. It was supposed to rain that afternoon, so they didn't want to leave it out in the open. In this delivery process, I also had to speak to a person at the South ****** hub and she was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Estes personnel to everyone!!Post My Review on ******

      I had received 3 different emails stating that my delivery would be delivered through the threshold of my front facing door. When the delivery showed up they were very persistent that it was a drop delivery only and did just that.

      All three packages handled with care, placed on our driveway close to our home. The packages were heavy & our driveway on an incline so this task was a physically difficult one & we are very appreciative to our delivery person/s.
