      Im a former employer of Capital Fire and Water I want people to know that **** has his favorites and if your not one be prepared to be fired. From the day I was hired with experience to this expectation I was harassed by a coworker. For about 6 month I let it go then one day my boss and supervisor was with all co workers of the cleaning team. I brought it to their attention how this co worker talks and treats her co workers. I thought it was resolved but the next day she reverted to the same thing we all said wouldnt happen no more. So I text my supervisor made him aware of what was happening that day, I said in my text IF she was gonna to be allowed to continue treat people this why I would find another job. He texted me back with the reply ( we will talk when yall get back). So Im thinking since I was told to come to them about any problems something would be said to her instead, **** said he was going take the text I sent to my supervisor and my resignation. I told him that wasnt my attention, he cut me off and told me I was gone meaning I was fired. SMH how to you fire someone whos never been in trouble, no write *** nothing, I reached out to him and my supervisor to see if we could resolve the issue and get my job back. Other then that one co worker I had no other problems.
