      After a storm, the power outage caused the garage doors not to shut properly. I called and they got me in 3-4 bus. after the phone call. The techs came out and looked at my garage door unit and couldn't reprogram the motor. They spent about 3 minutes looking at the unit and did not know what to do. They said it was fried and they could install a new one for 800$. They charged me 120$ for 3 minutes and their techs did not do anything to assess the motor and scammed me out of a proper evaluation. I called another company who came out and reprogrammed the motor in 15min and charged me 80$. This place ran a bait and switch on the evaluation...

      **********************,I apologize ************** was not able to properly diagnose the issue with your garage door opener on the first trip, which is not a common occurrence. I wish you would have reached out to us to let us know there was an issue because we would have corrected it sending another technician out at no charge. It sounds like you already had the issue fixed so I can at least refund you the $99 that you paid us plus the $80 that you had to pay the other company. Please let me know if that is acceptable because we would like to make things right. Thank you.
