    From the initial phone call/ conversation I had with the gentleman who reached out after I submitted an inquiry online to *** for the proposal and the installation crew, everyone at Taylor Heating and Air has been great to work with. Very informative and customer service is top notch with quick responses to any questions or concerns I had. Glad we chose this local company to support.

    *** came to our house and was very patient and thorough in discussing our options for a new hvac system. The prices were very fair and they were able to schedule the installation in a timely manner. The installation itself was done neatly and efficiently. ***** in the office called a couple of days later to make sure everything was working properly . We would recommend Taylor Heating and Air to friends and family.

    I have used Taylor Heating and Air multiple times for different projects. They are always punctual. Finish in a timely manner. Clean up after themselves. Have the best pricing. Offer military discounts. ***** and ****** did an excellent job installing downstairs HVAC system recently. Always add Taylor heating and air to fix or repair. If you need a new system, include them and compare them to other quotes. Will not disappoint.

    terrible terrible service . Total fraud . ****** and *** Taylor were unprofessional charged $759 to fix damper . Did not fix the problems . Came back 2 days later wanted to charge another approx. ****. 00 to fix the problem . Claimed did not know about the issue . Threaten to put lien on the house .
