      My experience at Haley buick gmc of midlothian was stellar. ***** ****** worked his behind of to find me the right vehicle for a man of my stature. He was able to get me into a 2017 ******************. The whole team at the dealer did their best and gave it 100 percent.

      I went in for service due to hearing a noise which my husband said it sounded like a wheel baring going bad. I told Customer ********************** what we thought it was but I said "I'm brining my car to the trained professionals to tell me what is wrong".They diagnosed my car as needed a front end differential to the tune of a $2,649 plus tax.After a week they finally called me to tell me they had the part but had forgotten to call me for an appointment.I brought the car in and by the end of day I received a text the car was ready. I picked it up the next morning and drove it about 2.5 miles to my house. That afternoon my husband test drove the car so we could listen for the noise. AND we were still hearing the same and ONLY noise the car was making. I husband took about 10 minutes to determine the the ** compressor appeared to be the cause of the noise. We called Haley and it took a few days for them to have an appointment for me so I could also speak to the service manager.We took the car and THE manager was not in but we spoke to another manager who was not sympathetic. Actually, user unfriendly.A couple of hours later that had customer ********************** leave me a voice mail that the noise I was hear was from the ** that needed freon which they filled for me free of charge (how nice of them, NOT). I immediately went it to retrieve my car and the manager said he had multiple master technicians look and listen to my car and it was making a "roaring" type noise which they fixed by replacing the differential and the "other" noise was due to lack of freon.They are dirty and just trying to save their butts. What they did was wrong. Apparently all my car may have needed was freon.

      Vehicles are very complex now a days and unfortunately what you hear and what is reality are two different things. This vehicle was diagnosed again by our technician and the noise she was hearing was in fact from the A/C.
