    In the business I run there is a tent that was damaged. The insurance approved coverage for a replacement, and XFS Global is the company that took care of that replacement. They sent the new tent but the wrong size. We have been waiting for months for them to send us the correct product and they have not. Additionally, they do not answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner. This is causing daily losses to my business. I need help so that someone responsible can give me immediate results. The damage happened in 2022. The replacement tent was sent at the beginning of last year (1/25/23) but it was the wrong size, they acknowledged their mistake, but since then have taken months to replace. I have texts and texts with delays or no answer. Going on 2 years of this nonsense. I understand the person in charge of this account is **** ***** ###-###-#### or **** ******** ###-###-#### Thank you very much for your help.
