      I am writing to you today over concerns about the way Endless Caverns is doing business. If for whatever reasons occur. And you cancel. Per their policy. You are supposed to be fully reimbursed, less $20.00 for admin fees. Cancelling in the appropriate time before the reservation date. This is not the case. They, Endless Caverns, are keeping the money. Not reimbursing. This is criminal. And the New Market town name is being drawn through the mud. I will also be contacting the sheriff's office in New Market. And plan to press any applicable charges. If possible. I am contacting the state BBB and file a complaint.I will contact the area local news and file a complaint. We have enough criminal elements around us. Ready to pounce and grab our dollars. Endless Caverns is no better. And we should not be or ever have a concern over a reimbursement. This need to be fixed

      This has been handled for quite sometime and I've attached his receipt for refund.  There was an initial delay as we could not refund directly to a credit card and had to issue a check.... all good
