After doing business with this company I will now take my mom advice to always do your research I was in desperate need of a car and because of my credit no one was able to work with me auto credit, I pay my car note however I’m not always able to pay on the due date because life happens I’m a single parent but auto credit does not work with you. I’m literally going through pain and suffering because it’s so stressful trying to work with them. I ask to change my due day because I got a new job and they say no i get two emergency starts then I can’t start my car which hinders me from going to work. I understand because my past credit history a lot of companies could not work with me but we are in hard times to not be able to change when payments due and expect us to overpay when there are other bills that have to be paid is crazy. They are rude and I’m currently on hold with them and it’s over 10 minutes no one has gotten back to me. I don’t know how they are still in business by the reviews all they want is money and I don’t mind paying car note I just can’t always pay on the due date and I get penalized when life could be lifeing. This is not a good company and I pray that they change their policies because I have not seen any good reviews about this place. Thanks for taking the time to read my review God bless

The customer called in on Saturday
11/16/2024, stating that she needed her payment due date changed. The account
manager who was working that day tried to assist the customer with a possible
loan modification on the account advising that we needed documentation from her
new employer showing that her pay cycle changed. The account manager advised
the customer that she needed her new paystubs and onboarding letter from her
new job. The account manager also advised her to keep in mind if the pay cycle
has not changed then we cannot assist with a loan modification. The customer
then advised the account manager that she didn’t need her pay cycle to be
changed that it was a new merger within her current employer and that she
needed to change her due date. The account manager advised her that she could
notate her account with a payment arrangement that would keep her account in
good standing and the customer advised her that would not do any good for her
because we would not give her a code. The customer became upset and started
bashing the cashier and the account manager for not helping her and proceeded
to mention the reviews that we have on *** website. She also stated that she
would call in on Monday 11/18/2024 to speak with management and the call ended
    mutually.

The customer signed a contract with us along with a
Payment Collateral Device agreement that specifically details that if the
customer doesn’t comply with her contractual obligations and doesn’t make a
payment on the due date the payment collateral device will interfere with the
ability to drive the vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer is not making her
payment obligations per the signed contract schedule due dates and has had
multiple insurance policy lapses which would prohibit the customer from driving
the vehicle if the contract terms are violated. We have tried to assist the
customer with the loan modification however the customer did indicate in the
call that she did not start a new job and the pay cycle hasn’t changed.
However, there was a merger within the same employer and the pay cycle was not
affected. The customers statement stating employees are rude cannot be
substantiated at this time per the notations on the account. It can be
interpreted that the customer seems to get upset at our employees when they
cannot meet the request of extending her a code because she is paying late or
    has no insurance.

Auto Credit of Virginia will try to assist our customers
with programs that we have to meet hardship circumstances. However, we cannot
override our policies in which we purchase contracts/agreements signed at the
beginning of the loan and assist customers who do not meet our hardship program
requirements and are not fulfilling their contractual obligations.

They are in business with ***** **** in which both parties are horrible. They repeatedly call regarding payment in which they threaten you with there policies in return for payment. They lie, about due dates and deadlines to pursue payment. They falsely accuse the customer when a problem arise to avoid the problem being on them I would highly not recommend doing business with this company.

    In response to review *****

The customer had a vehicle that was repossessed
as of 6/18/24. The customer had been
making payments towards redeeming the vehicle and the last payment made was of
8/6/24. The customer has broken payment
arrangements on the account, and we have been trying to see if the customer is
still wanting to move forward with redeeming the vehicle. The customer is aware of her account
delinquency status and that payments are due every two weeks. There is also an issue with the Passtime device
being tampered with that the customer is stating she shouldn’t have to pay for
because she didn’t do it. The service department confirmed the Passtime was tampered with and
provided pictures of what appears to be a paper clip used to by-pass the system. When the Passtime
device has been tampered with the customer is fully responsible for any fees
associated with fixing or replacing the Passtime device as this is a condition
    of the loan.

We have attempted to make arrangements with the customer, but they have not been followed through since 8/6/24

Thank you *** for your assistance with this matter

Was in process of changing over to a better job. Have been trying to notify loan company prior to car payment due date to see if they offered some program to help until overlap I can get back on track. Called to and was sent to voicemail and ( left many ) with no call back. My next move is having to go down and face to face. This is the loan company that Casey Kia put on are new car purchase. I am seriously rethinking this dealership in future.

We spoke to Mr. L**** today and we are working with him on his payment schedule.

We apologize for the delay in returning his voicemail as the voicemail box the message was left on had been deleted due to staff changes and was no longer accessible by the Office Manager.

We thank Mr. L**** for his business and look forward to working with him in the future

Thank you for your assistance ***

They told me I didn't know what a legal binding contract is because I told them that even tho I get paid every two weeks I only get paid twice a month unless it is a month that have 5 weeks. They called me slow because I'm asking them questions about my monthly payment which isn't adding up. They try to get over on people and it's ridiculous. They are rude and disrespectful. I've spoke to several people showing them my contract and what I'm coming up with is correct far as my monthly payment goes. They don't like being told they are wrong and it's sad. I called to speak to my account manager next thing I know I'm on the phone with another person that didn't even address themselves. They need to put out of business and they won't give me the CEO information or higher up in the company information because they know what they doing to people is wrong. They are ripping people off and then want to threaten to cut your car off. It's sad and don't make no sense whatsoever.
