    On November 02, 2024 my car was damaged by a fire that was damaged by another vehicle. I went on the November 04, 2024 I went to talk to the owner about getting information and he would not provide any information to me and now is insisting that I move my car off his lot that I can not do due to the fact that my car was severely damaged and is not fixable. I was told the he is not responsible for the damage that was done to my car while in his possession and that the other car that caused the damage to my car was abandoned on his lot. I am now trying to get this resolved so that I can get compensation for the loss of my car.

    Mr. *********, Carlo dropped off his car on Saturday November 2,2024 for us to perform a ******** ***** Inspection on Monday November 4,2024, unfortunately before we do any work to the car. on Saturday November 2,2024 about 10 to 11pm his car was on fired. I contacted Mr. ********* on Sunday informed him about what has happened to his car. He came in Monday the 4th I handed him the contact information to the fire investigator and explain to that any happen to you customer vehicle beyond our control, will not be responsible by our shop as our policy stated on every invoice and repair orders. Mr. said that he will contact his insurance regard to the damage to his car. Over a week went by with a burnt vehicle sitting in our shop entrance.  I call Mr. ********* numerus times and text messaging were not able to get in touch with him, but yesterday speak to him around 10 AM to Mr. ********* and agreed that his car will stay where it is until November 21 or whenever it takes for his insurance to investigate the fire. we will do whatever we can for Mr. ********* in this unfortunate situation if he would  contact us.

    I am rejecting this response because: the only way that this will be able to be resolved is if I can get ****** for my car and get my stuff out the car cause it’s going  to cost more than ****** to fix all the electrical that is damaged. After I get paid for my car he can have the title and do what he wants with the car from there once I get my stuff out the car.
