      I ordered hot cakes & sausage. The lady taking the order added oatmeal to my order. I tried correcting her & she rudely cut me off. Rude workers decrease your sales & therefore your profit margin. Put the rude folks in the back!

      This McDonalds was the worst and extremely rude. They tried to scam the system and are ripping people off with the kiosk now. The new thing is having your apps code not work on the kiosk so before you go to checkout you have to wait 15 minutes to actually checkout. That way if you are on lunch break at work, school, a rush, they know people won't wait that 15 minutes and pay the original price. SCAM!!!! When I confronted this McDonalds about this they got snotty with me and said the kiosk is not on McDonalds they don't control it. Yet it's run by them give me a break. The girl continued to be rude about the price, store, kiosk, and gave no apologies to what happened instead said I can do what I want and file a complaint. Rude service. I don't recommend going there and McDonalds customer service number will be called as well. Stop scamming people Williamsburg, Virginia and other McDonalds and maybe just maybe your ratings won't got down on top fast food restaurants.

      I visited the McDonalds on *** ** *********** **** on Saturday 6/8/24. I paid for 3 double cheeseburger bundle meals. When we opened our food the burgers were hard and looked burnt and was not made the way we ordered it. Well I called back to the store and asked for the manager and spoke to Christian. I explained to her what my issue was and without hesitation she told me to bring it back and she will remake my food. Not only did she remake the burgers but gave us fresh fries as well. I just want to say Christian ****** provided us with exceptional customer service and we really appreciate her for remaking our food. I wish it was more managers like her.
