    Company used to care about their customers. Been a customer for over 20 years and always enjoyed great customer support from caring people. Lately that has changed as I came up with an issue that had been fixed for me several times in the past. I contacted them and the individual was unwilling to help and offered a solution that will not work. When I mentioned this they seemed unconcerned and dismissed the effect it would have on my business. I guess me losing money because of their inability to provide a reliable product does not concern them at all. For years I would tell people that this was a good company now I will have to look elsewhere and let them keep my money for 2025.

    PenSoft has a strict software registration policy that ties the product to the customer protecting them from unauthorized access to their company, employees and payroll data. This caller attempted to register an additional computer outside the established process and was denied. When he contacted customer support he was reminded of the registration policy and offered a viable solution to accomplish his objective. He declined to implement the established procedure.
