    I showed up to Kaz Vision in December for an appointment and they did not let me in unless I had a medical grade mask. I did not have one in my vehicle so they told me that I could only come in if I purchased a mask for *** I then cancelled my appointment while I was at their office, due to their policy and then they sent me a *** no show bill. I called Kaz and they stated it was too far in the process and they couldn't waive this fee, even though they JUST sent me another bill for it. I would just like them to erase this from their records and I can move in to another office for assistance.

    I was not seen the day prior as to their statement. Clearly I was not aware of the medical grade mask, let alone that the company would require you to purchase a $2 mask if you did not have one. This is a medical institution and should not be charging ANYONE ** for a mask! This place is all about the money. Good luck getting any money out of me for your ridiculous policies! What a joke!
