Marsha was the absolute best and very professional. She worked with us when we were in absolute distress trying to get a power of attorney signed (very last minute) by a cranky and cantankerous patient. She came to the hospital within an hour of the call (super fast response). She was very patient and kind to everyone involved.
I cannot praise her enough. She was definitely out of her comfort zone but she rolled with the “punches.” Even though there were quite a few hiccups, she had to inform me I printed out the wrong documentation, and advised me on the proper documents necessary for this situation.
She really cares about her clients and you can see it in everything she does. I really appreciate all of her help. If you have any questions as to who to call in any situation you need a notary - it’s definitely Marsha.

Marsha met my daughter, a *** student at a convenient, public location to provide a certified copy of her identification, part of student visa requirements for study abroad, and different from standard notary services that many banks provide. (We found out the hard way…)
Marsha walked us through the exact instructions on how to make the copy properly, so they met requirements and then them my daughter on a Saturday, which was very helpful with her class schedule. She was also very nice and accommodating.
