      1/25/23 Completion Date of Fence. First Contacted regarding issues on 2/2/23. The sales rep made the comment about me waiting so long to contact them. Not sure where he thinks 8 days is too long. There was always issues with responding to my emails and letters. Finally came out in September I believe it was right before my vacation to make the repairs. Original agreement was to box around the tall mature trees in my backyard. This was not done. It made having the trees removed much more time consuming. The response I received about them not doing what we had discussed was "They probably thought it was the neighbors yard. Not sure how that was determined when I gave them a plat of the land and kept my old chain link fence up on that section. They came by with no notice on a day I was leaving to meet with a friend with cancer. Low and behold they still had not fixed the gate. When I had the trees removed the workers told me there was no board on the last section of fence when I was apologizing for them having to work around the trees not being boxed around. I have sent additional letters on 11/14/23 and 12/18/23 and still no contact from them. I went with this company because their reviews were so good. Please send me an email address/USPS address to send copies of these letters as I am a Senior Citizen and have no way to scan or upload them. I can also send you pictures of the work which I think does not represent their pictures online via their website. I just want the work completed and done acceptable. I mailed them copies of the fence work so they could see what I was talking about. I believe if the company had sent a representative after the work was completed all of this could have been corrected in a timely fashion. I think I just got the * team sent to do my job because my fence looks nothing like their pictures on the website.
