    The bus never arrived and no money-back guarantee. I bought 4 tickets for $181 to travel from Washington DC to NY on the 17th of June at 1:30 am. We waited until 4:00 am at a pirate bus stop (in front of a gas station - shell station) and the bus never arrived. We were around 10 to 15 people waiting for the bus, and all of us had different times of departure: 1:30, 2:00 am, and 3:00 am. All of us were the first time using the company. Several of us left by 4:00 am and the bus never arrived. People tried to talk to customer service, support, etc., but no one replied. All of us found the company in different apps, I found it in *******, but definitely, wanda coach is a scam.
