      On 12/18/2024, I paid Albano Cleaners a service fee of $***** to dry clean my fur coat. When I picked up the coat, it had irreparable damage to the fur lined collar on the coat from being machine washed at the facility instead of dry cleaned. The cost of the coat was $******* There is a label inside the coat with dry cleaning instructions. Due to the irreparable damage, I would like Albano Cleaners to refund me for my coat and compensate the cost of the cleaning fee.

      In regards to the coat
      in question. The item was Dry-Cleaned according to the care label instructions
      in compliance with the ******* ***** ********** *** ** *** **** ***. The customer’s
      complaint was in regards to the down feathers shifting in some areas. This coat
      was sewn with horizontal stitching only which allows the down feathers to shift
      during wear and can be exacerbated by the cleaning process and cannot be
      prevented, as Dry- Cleaning is a total submersion process.  I personally worked on the coat to shift the down
      feathers evenly through the horizontal pockets around the coat. I did refund
      the Cleaning charge of $***** as a courtesy (see attached).

      I dropped off a pair of pants to dry clean at Albano Cleaners on December 13th, 2023. Returned a week later and was told by store manager that the pants were missing. She said that if they were still missing after 30 days I could file a claim and I would be reimbursed for the cost to replace the pants. One month later I went to file a claim and store manager informed me she already filed the claim in the amount of ****. I have since been back to the store at least 3 times and have not been reimbursed over 2.5 months later after the pants were lost. I called the main office customer service office and left two messages asking about the status and my calls have not been returned. I have since stopped doing business with Albano Cleaners over this incident. I am asking to be reimbursed **** for the replacement cost of the uniform pants, and ***** to reimburse me the cost of the dry clean that was never returned. Receipt invoice# ********.       My husband dropped our dry cleaning off at the Albano (**** Princess Anne Rd) on August 03, 2023. Our items were supposed to be ready for pick up on August 8, 2023; however, when my husband went to pick up they failed to return a blue Anthropologie linen jacket of mine. My husband and I have each been up there several more times seeking either the jacket or compensation for the jacket, and each time an employee takes our information and promises to follow up with a phone call but they never do. I was there most recently on October 26, and was promised a follow up call no later than Monday, October 30, which never came to fruition. This jacket was new, I had only worn it twice, and I had a slew of job interviews in August and September for which I would have liked to have the jacket. The original cost of the jacket was $****
