    BenefitWallet took over for Los Angeles County and we had to update everything on their website, which asks for a code every single time you log on regardless if it's the same computer or not. I used the chat function to make a complaint and the agent disconnected after I requested to escalate my concern. When I went back on, the new agent said they will get back to me in 2 days.
    I found out the hard way on the BenefitWallet website that they cut me a paper check. In 2024, a paper check! This was because the website is the same website we've had and we all think that our direct deposit information is still there but it was removed for some reason.
    I had a dependent care expense denied after providing the email and paper receipts from th* **** * ***** Club (B&GC), not a relative or some small organization. BenefitWallet claims the necessary information is missing but I provided what B&GC gave me.

    Company takes advantage of their customers by charging high account fees. My HSA account balance was 100% exhausted by My Benefit Wallet’s obscure monthly fees applied that they couldn’t explain. Terrible customer service and business model. Be careful if you have an account. I do not recommend this company for businesses considering My Benefit Wallet for employee HSA benefits.
